Ok That is the problem.  For a couple of releases WMS printing didn't work.  It is fixed now.  I think 1-2 releases ago we fixed the problem.  We're putting out M6 tonight so you can download that and take it for a spin.

What version are you using and what type layers does the map consist of (WMS layers, Shapefile layer, etc...)?
