Hi Adrian,

I'm not sure what you want exactly here. Do you want a grid for snapping to during editing. Or more like a gridcoverage or a visual grid such as might be created by a MapGraphics. If you could lay out you use-case in a bit more detail I'll be a lot more useful :)

Hey all,

I gather there's a lot of changes going on with grids. Is there
currently (uDig 1.1.M4) a way of making simple grids. I don't need
anything fancy just a very local, small grid to start working on
interpolation of a point data set.

If someone could lay out the steps so I can figure out the actual code
from javadocs/source, i would really appreciate it. Assume I have
nothing but a running operation plugin for a uDig in which there is a
point layer.

Thanks,
adrian
