On exit, the project is saved with the memory data store (called 'localhost')
in the catalog. This interferes with future creation of entities in the memory
data store and appears sloppy on restart since the catalog holds a reference to
something that no longer exists.
The catalog should lose all its memory data stores prior to saving the project
on exit.
