thanks for the feedback!

Mapscript currently only support exporting WMC (1.0 and 1.1), so therefore
my question.

It looks like a pretty straightforward XSLT transformation though to
transform WMC into OWS Context.

Is there an online schema for OWS Context that you know of? One of the
differences I noticed is that in the OWS Context document exported by uDIG
no metadataURL is exported.
