We're trying to get it up on line. There is a bug on Geotools trunk
that is holding it up.
I sent an email out earlier about it but now trunk is experimental.
So if you want to do serious development without always getting
tripped up you might consider switching to the 1.1.x branch. An svn
sw http://svn.geotools.org/udig/branches/1.1.x/udig will do the trick.
