Our nightly SDK is currently down, but there is an SDK for 1.1-RC9:

Working off of SVN is a good solution too (with the latest updates), but
make sure you use http://svn.geotools.org/udig/branches/1.1.x rather
than http://svn.geotools.org/udig/trunk.
