Re-tested with my UMN Mapserver map file. Now in the window to import a mapserver catalog, I click Forward (I suppose, cause I have Italian translation), but nothing happens. The URL is this http://gisdev/Scripts/mapserv.exe?map=D:/Web/Heidi_Service/HGisPonti/trentino.map&service=WMS&version=1.1.1&Request=GetCapabilities&
(local URL) and was working with all udig verisions. Partial log: Framework arguments: and Settings\pieroc.GISDEV\Dati applicazioni\udig\ Command-line arguments: -os win32 -ws win32 -arch x86 -data %USERPATH%\uDig\ and Settings\pieroc.GISDEV\Dati applicazioni\udig\ Which seems corrupted (Framework arguments: and Settings ?? and ... %USERPATH%\uDig\ and Settings\... ??), and echo %USERPATH% give %USERPATH%, i.e. USERPATH is not defined, for me. Inside pieroc.GISDEV\Dati applicazioni\ don't have udig dir (there was, but the previous udig RC10 uninstall removed all). I have instead: D:\Programmi\uDig\1.1-RC10\%USERPATH%\uDig\ (D:\Programmi\uDig\1.1-RC10 is my installation dir) Cheers Piero -----Messaggio originale----- Da: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Per conto di Jesse Eichar Inviato: mercoledì 28 marzo 2007 3.19 A: User-friendly Desktop Internet GIS Oggetto: [udig-devel] RC10 new release test Hi all, Sorry for the delay. I have made a new version of the release. I fixed a number of the issues that were bothering people from the last release. Geotiff rendering (although it still seems spotty thanks to JAI), selection tool useage, Windows VISTA compliance. A note though. It mostly works on Vista but it appears that there are still some issues there so don't expect it to work perfectly yet but you can install run and see maps on Vista now. I'm working on the SDK now. It is almost ready. The last thing to do there is add the geotools src.
