Details on part (1)
1) The current build seems to fail to export any of the packages in the
net.refractions.udig.libs plugin. Is there something I can alter to get
that working?
The error in the net.refractions.udig.libs plugin appears in the
META-INF/MANIFEST.MF file where all of the lines in the
Export-Package:
section of the files have the error:
package 'package-name' does not exist in this plug-in.
