I am getting a few more details out of Nafai on IRC:
1. Not using a view, or anything ...
2. Has an "abstract action tool" which he uses to call an operation by
hand ...
3. Going to go check if the toolbar getSite() has a progress monitor
anywhere ...
But really we need a good Job tutorial? Even if Nagai runs the operation
by hand the only thing it will do is block the user interface right? The
correct thing is to start a job and run the operation in side it....
