[udig-devel] Eclipse 3.3

I've got a good Macintosh Development environment setup now and uDig  
seems to be running fine... In fact better than fine, it looks  
great.  I haven't been able to do a complete set of tests yet but  
things are looking good.  I'll make up the windows and Linux dev  
environments tomorrow and upload them for you.
