Icons are not properly set for modal tools.
The problem is in the ToolProxy, where the pluginid that is used to retrieve
the icon is trimmed.
i.e. instead of being:
eu.hydrologis.jgrass.tools
it arrives to the toolproxy as:
eu.hydrologis.jgrass
and therefore misses the icon.
