In cased you missed the email about "turning stuff off with ...
Capabilities" - this is the alternative we are looking at to prevent
harming the stable branch.

If we can figure this out it will provide an avenue for all RCP projects
based on uDig to thrive without waiting for user interface elements to
be turned off one by one.
