I have updated the various plugin and feature.xml files to have a 1.1.1
version number. I have also included the license and description
information for the feature.xml files.
After doing all that work I found that the net.refractions.udig plugin
had a product that included the net.refractions.udig "feature"; that
resulted in a conflict - I renamed the feature to follow the others in
terms of naming convention - so it ID is now "net.refractions.udig-feature".
Jesse I am worried that you are going to roll back my work (at the very
least because I do not understand how the udig.product was able to run
prior to the above change). For reference the first commit here is -r30697.
