Something changed with a renderer; I needed to make my community module
again prior to the uDig 1.1.0 release (you can check the email history -
I am sure I sent email on the topic).
(it strikes me that making that community module available is still on
the TODO list for uDig 1.1.0?)

I confirm this,
installing JGrass in the udig version of 23th of July everything works properly.
>From eclipse and sdk everything works also for the August version.
What has changed between these two releases?
