The code that tried to make a typeName safe was not being called:
The implementation of CatalogExportWizard.determineDestinationFile( data ) had
this:

URLUtils.cleanFilename(typeName);

Where what it wanted was this:
{code}
typeName = URLUtils.cleanFilename(typeName);
{code}
We may want to check to see if this problem exists on the stable branch.
