Currently we have two ways of Printing.
- With a Map open you can choose Export; and then choose Print from the list of
export wizards!
- With a Page open you can select Print
We should hook this functionality into the normal eclipse print action /
binding / command facility (I cannot remember what it is called but we can look
at delete for an example).
