For those developers hacking away from an svn checkout .... yes we seem to be having some trouble with geoapi jars. I have deployed geoapi (and am deploying geotools now) - I have confirmed they are deploying to the osgeo repository.
I have confirmed that the osgeo repository is being used by the refresh.xml script - in copy.properties you can see: updateURL=http://download.osgeo.org/webdav/geotools So I am a bit confused as to what could be going wrong here. Mark Leslie is going to try testing this out on his box (which does not have any local geoapi or geotools build) and sort out any problems.
