PostGIS Import workflow should not allow the selection of layers, since it
ignores the selection and imports everything.

On the second page of the PostGIS import wizard there is a table that allows
the selection of table/geom columns. After selecting a few and hitting finish,
the catalogue is populated with all available tables. The table listing is
relevant when adding layers to a map, but should be only informative in the
import wizard.
