I had initially assumed this was a JRE bundling problem... digging into it now 
I see the catalog is erroring out with some NPE. So is the info work to blame?

Digging further it seems I am personally tripping up H2 EPSG database 
permissions:

Caused by: java.sql.SQLException: Can't read file "EPSG.zip".
        at

Is anyone else having trouble here? Or is it just me...
