if you want to exploit the 64 bit, you have to download a 64bit eclipse or at least the delta pack containing it. In the settings of the target platform you have probably set the 64bit, but no 64bit native libs available. It is your choice, I am using udig in 64bit mode and really enjoy to finally be able to use more than 1.2 giga of ram with JGrass.
