The database login dialog for SQL server does not allow the "Integrated
Authentication" as it is implemented in GeoTools 2.7-RC2. The DataStore for
"Microsoft SQL Server" dialog only allows for user & password logins.
Suggested fix is to remove the required input for "user" and implement a
checkbox for "Use Integrated Authentication" or "Use Single Sign On"
