The USGS National Map is pretty reliable http://raster.nationalmap.gov/ArcGIS/services/Combined/TNM_Large_Scale_Imagery/MapServer/WMSServer?request=GetCapabilities&service=WMS Also have a look at http://www.ogc-services.net/ (though a lot of the links don't seem to work).
