He he he, you did. Jokes apart, there is no perfect reciepe.
I loved to write the status of the project on the wiki and send only a
link to the mailinglists. Craigs way is another possible.
Mifan, choose your way and stick to it. If you do it properly the
result will be the same and we/osgeo/google will all be happy :)
