I committed a fix so the various adapting filters; would implement the new 
method called getMatchAction() that has been added in order to work with Web 
Feature Server 2.0.

Apparently they can do joins now so they need this match action thing to 
indicate if "all" things need to match, or "any" thing, or only "one" thing.

I don't know how Justin is going to implement; but I would love to have access 
to joins.
