Thanks - this clears up some of the confusion I had. I imported data from
multiple sources or Services (formerly I just had data loaded from Shp in
the  filesystem) and the problem seems much clearer now.  Thus
Services->Layers seem to be a good start, although I don't fully understand
the differentiation between Service and Type as yet. Anyways, I look forward
to discussing this more IIRC.
