I think there's no need to check anything anymore since the plugin runs with out errors and does what it was supposed to .

That is a rather odd error. I would make sure that you have run the ant script in net.refractions.udig.libs with the fullbuild task. also do a full clean and rebuild of the workspace. Finally try to verify that you have the correct eclipse. It has to be the eclipse with modelling.
