Hi gang,

 

We have code that changes the Decimal Degrees to DMS which we use in our 
product. We were planning on integrating it back into the udig baseline but we 
are running on an older release and haven’t had time to upgrade to git yet.

I think the geotools library has some facilities for converting to that 
notation; check out the gt-referencing module. It is a very uncommon request so 
you will do better to review test cases and javadocs than to look in the docs.
