I have not had a chance to; updating the SDK Quickstart and so forth would be a really nice move. (And add your name to the author intro section as we like to credit those doing the work). Jesse also has a number of tutorials committed as source code that we have not made a work book for.
Finally we have made a bit of progress in looking how to convert our wiki (which is in textile) into actual source code (now that eclipse supports textile). This would allow us to keep our developers guide github (but would require developer to use the help menu; or someone to run a helpviewer on a webserver).
