And one of the top instructions to try is: 1) right click on net.refractions.udig.libs 2) choose PDE Tools > Update Classpath The thing is eclipse has been so good lately about noticing changes to the manifest that I did not go through these basic steps. Without the .classpath regenerated from the MANIFEST the export packages section of the MANIFEST "runtime" tab could now allow us to export out some of the packages we wanted to make use of. Moovida bravely busted open the jar and located the classes; so we were sure they were there.
