Also with respect to tool order:
Create tool order should be:
- can we order the tool collections (i.e. navigation tools categories before
selection before create)
- point, line, polygon (do we have any control of order in a tool group?)
- is it possible (or silly) to put zoom and pan into the same palette drawer?
or does that mess with tool categories and short cuts too much
- review icons used to represent tools (for example zoom to selection "action"
vs "box selection")
- the tooltip for box and polygon selection was inconsistent
- the cursor for polygon selection looks to be wrong? Does it select from a
single point (if so it should use an arrow)
- pan cursor? Do we use the operating system default? (some systems use a "hand
cursor")
