This is the second time I have asked :

For extension point docs:

a) In our procedure for setup we turn on doc generation for extension point;
resulting in html files being created.
b) We also commit these html files.

In the past this has not been a problem; however I am not quite sure what is
going on for the moment.

Notes:
* If you do find yourself with a bunch of html files marked as different the
following can act as a revert: git checkout **/doc/*.html
* Are we expecting the output to be the same; so the docs generated on one
machine should not be conflicting with another? And thus be safe to commit ...

I could list the options (stop generation; or ignore doc folder; or sort out
the conflict and resume committing) but I am not sure I understand what is
preferred.
