When you run you need to have the instructions to set it to use the "ext" class 
path. That is the class path that uses the JRE and the JRE Extensions.  

I filled in the details for you here:

But you can see the command line option in the screen snap on that page.

This should of been filled in by the udig.product file? The SDK quickstart has 
all the details with a bit more information in the Custom App tutorial.
