Good Evening Emily: I am going to submit a PullRequest shortly and would like it if you could review. I am reducing us to a single PanTool with preference to switch between the three modes. Two of these modes you have written; as such I would love a review to make sure I have not messed anything up.
The javadocs indicate that the "Scroll" technique could be used by the normal rendering system; do have any hints on what you mean? I also note that the tiled rendering system still does not work on mac; do you think it is a change we could back out (and leave the rendering system a bit more simple as a result). -- Jody Garnett
