Hi Jody,
I cannot load any wms layers in Version 1.2.3 (the win32 x86 zip
download). I tested various WMS servers all which work in 1.2.2.

I would like to ask people to test; we can wait until we have a list of
known problems before deciding to announce (with known problems) or go
through the release cycle again.
