Hi Silvia. 

Thanks for testing; based on moovida's comment I am going to move 1.2.3 into 
the "snapshot" folder for now. 

I have not checked any of those bugs; I am keeping track of the current state 
of testing/activity here

I will be writing up a RFC with respect to the axis tools this week (perhaps 
tomorrow thanks to your reminder). 

I can have a look at issues this weekend; but at the moment we do not have a 
solid release timeframe for 1.2.3 (as it is hard to get bug fixes and testing 
done at the same time together).
