EditTool Undo/Redo Interaction

This issues has come up in testing 1.3.0 prior to release; the issue is
actually present in the uDig 1.2.2 release.
It seems that the interaction of the edit tools; with the undo/redo framework
is not working as expected.
Example:
1. Select a feature using edit geometry tool; the default tasmania roads from
walkthrough 2 is fine
2. Move give vertexes
3. Hit undo three times
4. The edit geom loses focus (and is just drawn as a selected feature with no
vertex handles
5. You can not use the edit geom tool to "reselect" it
6. Switching to another layer and back again will restore the edit geom to the
correct appearance and interaction
