Hey I followed these instructions and found he eastwood jar not listed in the 
manifest, I have updated and committed the change.

I also noted when added the missing eastwood jar 5 imageio jars (version 1.1.2) 
available to be added: geocore, netcdf, netcdf-core, streams and utilities.

I have also updated the docs for everyone here:

It amounts to maven being the only way to grab jars now; and me bothering to 
write down the suggestion of keeping a separate workspace of only log4j, libs, 
and teradata libs.
