The GeoTools Microsoft SQL data store is tested only against MS SQL 2008,
did not know v2012 was out at all (and have no "work" mandate to make it
function there
either, only to cover 2008 and the Azure version of the db for the moment).
Maybe it works just fine, just saying that it's a completely untested
version.
