Confirmed re: Orbit. Using components from it is recommended. They're
used by more than one other projects already.

and some more can be found there. Please correct me if I'm wrong, but
these bundles and the licences are already accepted by the eclipse
foundation. We started working on javax.jai/imageio stuff to provided
bundles for it. Properly these are candidates to take care about
licences.
