Hi,

Teradata support is relatively new in Geotools so it could be that a few
bugs still remain. Although I have personally tested several Teradata
layers in uDig. I am trying to remember the version and it might have been
the version 12 line. I would love to help debug this but time is extremely
limited at the moment.

If you want to debug. I would suggest checking out geotools and running
the integration tests against your version of teradata to see if they pass.
It could be that the module needs to be updated for Teradata 13
