that is something we already have. It is needed also by the eclipse
export. So I am afraid it is not that one.
I am not even sure that the creation of the dropins folder alone does
the trick. I mean, eclipse creates the dropins folder because it has
everything necessary to handle dropins. Which is why, if I create a
dropins folder in your export and drop in there a plugin, udig doesn't
load it.
