I am more interested if it starts up, and if the splash screen and web view are
displayed correctly. I am prepping styles for the natural earth dataset; and
then perhaps we can split up reviewing walkthrough 1 and 2.
Aside: the online help we converted looks even better now then when that
snapshot was made.

Today :-)
Actually it looks like the GeoTools 8.1 release got held up. Andrea Amie is
waiting on a code review.
The last patch release was in January (pre tycho).
