Craig was kind enough to check over the proposal and fix spelling mistakes and fill in some additional committers.
With that in mind I would like to put this proposal on the table for this evenings location tech meeting. My understanding is that location tech is about a month away from having its website (http://locationtech.org) ready and going public. I would like to ensure uDig is on the bill for that initial round of publicity.
