Learned a bit, some on IRC after the meeting. Things are indeed moving along at a fast pace; there was a wide range of people / organisation represented which was nice to see.
>From the uDig perspective, the next step is define a top level project to >"hold" uDig, so we have something to submit our proposal to. This is similar to how the Eclipse "modeling" project holds the EMF project. Andrew is grinding away setting that up, with a window to get a top-level project approved mid September. I am going to let the proposal collected feedback for a couple of weeks - thank you everyone who helped out thus far. -- Jody Garnett
