I built the SDK for 1.3.2 using maven. It contains the sources for the uDig plugins but it lacks those of dependency Eclipse plugins. I am not sure if they are left out on purpose, but up until 1.3.1 they are there.
I attach a patch for the category.xml (in udig_sdk-feature). With that the following sources are included:
