I guess the main problem is coming from two different files with the
same name (on a case insensitive OS):

./user/en/images/edit_geometry_tool/editmenu.png

and

.user/en/images/edit_menu/EditMenu.png

I don't know how sphinx handles duplicated file names but its pretty
strange that on my case sensitive OS the first will never be copied
into target/user/en/html/_images

Normally html with url is case sensitve
(http://www.w3.org/TR/WD-html40-970708/htmlweb.html#h-4.1)
".. may be URLs, or parts of URLs, where case doesn't matter, .."

Odd but that could explain the behavior of sphinx build results, just
create on image (first seems to make it - which is EditMenu.png from
Edit Menu.rst instead of editmenu.png from Geometry Edit Tools.rst)

I going to rename the image in the Geometry Edit Menu page and check
the legend.png afterwards.
