in file "charset.c"

duplicate alias declaration of
 {UDM_CHARSET_ISO88591,"ISO-8859-1"}
but there is no alias for
{UDM_CHARSET_ISO88591,"iso-8859-1"}

I don't know if it care a lot, but maybe it helps :)
