UdmSearch: Added new stopwords

Hi,
we added new stopwords to the database.

Question1: 
        can we delete the words from the dict (ndictxx) tables automaticly
        or have we to do it by hand?

Question2:  does 'indexer -a -s 504' work?
                Does it expire all files with Gateway Timeout?
