Hi,

I have done various installs of the search engine with MySQL as the backend
and it works splendidly well. However, for various reasons I can't use a
SQL database as the backend, so I compiled it to use it's own storage
mechanism.

The system is FreeBSD v3.4 with Apache 1.3.14, UDMSearch version 3.1.18
(yes, I realise it's a developer version :)

Hope this helps someone out there.

Regards

  - John
