You can do somehting similar with this search engine (take a look a the news
extentions) - to make the phrase search - run the current search method, then research
the documents in the result /* TEMP */ table with the phrase search - the main
problem is getting the parsing of the search string correct to define what to build
the initial search result from (particually if your phrase contains stopwords and/or
boolean operators)
